Raphaël Libois

Since 2005, Raphaël Libois is Solutions Engineer at Genesys, a subsidiary of Alcatel-Lucent, delivering voice & data solution for contact centers and enterprises.

Civil Engineer with an occupational qualification of 9 years in Computer Telephony Integration and Telecommunication, he started working as developer and later as technical support manager for a CTI software company, Dialog Systems. He did after this Intelligent Network development for Siemens and spent finally 3 years at Proximus.

Having a good knowledge of telephony and new industry standard technologies, he has a solid background in VoIP architecture, more specifically in H323 and SIP.
